Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and Cuciking33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at cuciking33.cam and all associated services, games, products, and features offered therein.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Cuciking33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Cuciking33 operates a strict21+ policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style entertainment platforms.
2. You must be registering as an individual your own name and for your own personal use only. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and opened on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.

Account Registration & KYC

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on Cuciking33. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (MyKad) or passport, a valid email address, a valid Malaysian mobile phone number, and a date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Cuciking33 operates a mandatory KYC programme. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit identity verification documents. Accepted documents include a clear photograph or scan of your MyKad (front and back), or a valid passport photo page. Proof of payment method may also be requested where required for transaction security purposes.

KYC verification is typically completed within 30 minutes during operational hours. Cuciking33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any time, including for existing accounts where updated verification is required.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Cuciking33 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Payments

Cuciking33 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.
• Cuciking33 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
• Cuciking33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, and the absence of any account flags or compliance holds.

6.1 Processing Times

Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically settled within 5minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically settled within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers are typically settled within 15–60 minutes. These are estimates only and may be affected by bank processing schedules and verification requirements.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your Cuciking33 account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Cuciking33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for high-value transactions.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers, promotions, cashback programmes, and reward incentives available on cuciking33.cam are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

1. Each promotion is available to one account person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winings will expire and be removed from the account upon expiry.
3. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless specified otherwise. Games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements — for example, certain table games may contribute at a lower percentage than slots.
4. Cuciking33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Material changes will be communicated to affected members prior to taking effect.
5. Cuciking33 reserves the right to withold bonus credits and associated winnings if there is reasonable cause to believe the bonus was obtained fraudulently, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.

The crypto deposit bonus of2% (up to MYR 688) is subject to a 10x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. The bonus must be fully wagered within 30 calendar days of credit.

Gameplay Rules

All games offered on Cuciking33 — including live casino tables, slot machines, sports betting markets, and crash games — operate under their respective individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay outcomes only.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or by real-time live dealer operations. Cuciking33 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, the applicable game rules shall determine whether the round is voided or settled. Cuciking33's decision on disputed technical outcomes is final.
• Bets placed on sports markets are settled according to officially recognised results from the relevant governing body. Cuciking33's decision on settlement disputes is final.
• Cuciking33 reserves the right to void bets placed after the official start time of an event, or on markets that were offered in error.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cuciking33 platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place wagers without direct human interaction.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or engage in coordinated betting strategies that constitute abuse of the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or display bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Members who become aware of such errors are obligated to report them to support immediately.
• Using the platform to launder money, process illegal payments, or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Registering more than one account, or allowing a third party to control your account or place wagers on your behalf.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC processes.

Account Suspension & Closure

Cuciking33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as described in Clause 9.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from Cuciking33.
• Where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Where a member's account is linked to another account that has been closed for misconduct.
• Upon a member's request for voluntary self-exclusion under the platform's responsible gambling tools.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons attributable to member misconduct or breach of these Terms, Cuciking33 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance inclusive of real-money and bonus funds. Where account closure is initiated by Cuciking33 for reasons not related to member misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cuciking33 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages.
• Delays in transaction processing attributable to payment providers, banking institutions, or network infrastructure.
• Losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any reliance on information, promotional material, or odds displayed on the platform that contained an error at the time of viewing.
• Any losses arising from the use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited or restricted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event that an internal resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to pursue mediation in good faith prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.
